This classic film starring Tom Cruise as Maverick, a daring and reckless pilot, who shuns teamwork and the rules of engagement, will take you to the very limits of the Danger zone! It is only after a tragic accident, that Maverick learns the importance of cooperation and discipline. Needless to say Maverick falls in love, but even this is against the rules. The spectacular flying will keep you on the edge of your seat, as will the decisions that Maverick has to make regards his future.

The following terms and conditions apply to all guests who purchase tickets to this event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by the terms & conditions below, as well as the rules and regulations found within the FAQ section of this website.
Tickets are available to buy online only by visiting our website www.birchassociates.co.uk
The purchasing system for this event uses e-tickets, you will not be issued with a paper ticket. Please bring your booking reference and payment card along to the event with you.
The amount charged per ticket is made up of Film screening, live music, deck chair, parking, access to all stalls and booking fee.
Cancellation and Refunds
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned and all ticket purchases are final. Birch Associates Events do not provide refunds, if the ticket holder is no longer able to attend or is refused entry due to not meeting the terms & conditions.
If a film is cancelled or terminated by Birch Associates Events due to any event including those deemed as a Force Majeure (acts of god, war, hostilities, acts of terrorism, riot, explosion, storm, disease, or any other natural disaster, serious accident or injury, Government control and international incidents) ticket holders will be entitled to a refund and details will be published as to how to apply for this.
In the event that the film is cancelled, Birch Associates Events will endeavour to contact all ticket holders as soon as is possible. The website will advise of the cancellation and this information will also be displayed on our social media accounts such as Facebook. Please check these sources of information frequently on the day of the event.
If necessary Birch Associates Events reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute films without notice to another title deemed suitable for the event and its audience.
This event is an all-weather event and the screening will proceed in the event of bad weather such as rain. All person/s attending the event should come appropriately dressed for the conditions. Please remember that even on sunny days if can get cold once the sun has set.
Age restrictions & ID
This film is rated 12A.
If Birch Associates Events is in doubt of the guest’s age then the guest will be asked to provide photographic ID (accepted forms of identification are UK/EU/International Passports, National Identity Cards and Valid Driving Licenses). Please note that only original documents will be accepted as proof. Tickets purchased for person/s under the classified age, without an accompanying adult will not be refunded.
If alcohol is sold at the event it may only be bought and consumed by guests aged 18 and over. Birch Associates Events bar has adopted a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who appears to look under the age of 25 will be asked to provide an accepted form of ID proving that they are 18 years or older. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to attempt to purchase alcohol and any underage ticket holders attempting to purchase alcohol will be ejected without a refund.
A deck chair seat is supplied with all ticket purchases. No other seating is permitted. If necessary, Birch Associates Events reserves the right to change or substitute the seating types at the event without notice to another type deemed suitable for the event and its audience. Disabled attendees in wheelchairs need to report to the special designated area.
Food & Drink/Alcohol
Only food and drink purchased on the event site will be allowed for consumption. Bags will be searched at the ticket entrance. No food and drink will be allowed to be brought onto site.
Birch Associates Events reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who is intoxicated, causing a disturbance to other guests, or for any other reason relating to security and/or safety. This person will not be entitled to a refund. Birch Associates Events decision in this regard is final.
Parking areas will be sign posted at the event and please follow the instructions of the Stewards. This includes disabled access. (Blue badge holders only)
The seating area at this event is deemed a no smoking area out of respect for other guests.
Our venue will have toilet facilities.
No Dogs or other animals are allowed at this event out of respect for other guests. The only exception to this will be guide dogs. No babies are allowed at this event in respect of other guests.
Tents, gazebos, wind breaks and other similar temporary structures will not be allowed at this event out of respect for other guests. Only small umbrellas may be used in the seating area and need to be used with discretion. Birch Associates Events have the jurisdiction to ask you to take down your umbrella if it is restricting another ticket holder’s view.
Birch Associates Events is not liable for any damage or loss you suffer at the event (including without limitation personal injury or damage to or loss of property) save to the extent caused by the negligence of Birch Associates Events or its staff. Birch Associates Events liability in respect of loss or damage caused by its own negligence shall be limited to the price paid for entry to the event but for the avoidance of doubt this limit shall not apply to the Birch Associates Events liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Birch Associates Events or its staff.

What shall I bring with me?
A little rain won’t spoil the occasion. In true British spirit the show will go on! Dress accordingly and enjoy! The event would only be cancelled if the weather conditions posed a danger to guest’s safety and this decision will be at Birch Associates Events discretion only. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless cancelled by Birch Associates Events. (See terms for further details)
Ticket, card used to purchase tickets, photo ID, some cash, (not all venders will accept card), suitable clothing, a torch – the route back to your car may not be lit.
Are there any age restrictions?
If under the age of 13 you must be accompanied by an adult to watch this film. Our licensed bar on site, adopts Challenge 25 policy. Anyone under the 18 will not be able to purchase alcoholic beverages. ID will be checked.
Can I bring my own seating?
A deckchair seat is supplied with all ticket purchases. No other type of seating is permitted. Disabled guests in wheelchairs need to make their way to the designated seating area.
Can I smoke at the venue?
A no smoking policy will apply in the seating area.
Can I buy a ticket on the door?
You will be able to buy tickets on line up until the morning of the event, as long as it is not sold out.
