Whatever the event, Public, Private or Corporate, our aim is to ensure that everyone who attends has a positive memorable experience. We really value our customers’ feedback and we capture any comments and incorporate them into the planning of future events. YOU REALLY DID GO ABOVE AND BEYOND
When a guest messaged me the day after our wedding with ‘I actually can’t stop thinking about that ridiculously delicious food!’ it reaffirmed that we made the best choice with Birch Associates. But it wasn’t just the incredible canapes, perfect hog roast, exquisite salads and extremely ‘Instagrammable’ dessert table, that were outstanding, it was the amazing level of service that the team provided. From first contact, Sue and Katie went the extra mile, keeping in regular contact and making us feel that they really cared. Their creative thinking and generosity went beyond food to include the whole event, working closely with us and our other suppliers and leaving no stone unturned to relieve us of any stress we might have felt in the run up to the big day. Polite, friendly and polished staff made the afternoon and evening go flawlessly and we cannot thank them enough for making it a fabulous party for everyone to remember!

Many thanks to you and your team for organising the Food and Farming Awards so well on Friday night. Our guests were very impressed by the whole event, the wonderful setting, the good food, Giles Brandreth, who was hilarious, the Awards Ceremony and the after-dinner party. They all spoke so highly of how amazing the evening was. Events like this don’t just happen by themselves they take a huge amount of planning so thank you for all your hard work. You also found us some great entries this year.

What a lovely day we had and so relaxing and so many people commented on how nice it was to be able to catch up with friends. Our thanks to you for coping admirably with so many (200+) and feeding us such delicious food! It worked so well being able to have all the marquees and watch the cricket during the afternoon and finish with a delightful Afternoon Tea. We’d definitely recommend you and use you again.

Considering we had very limited time to access the room where the Awards was taking place, the result was great, and we have received nothing but praise.
You two always make everything look so good and run so smoothly, and I know I don’t have to worry about things being right, as you are both so on top of every detail.

I thought the whole event and venue was fantastic, what a great job you and Katie did, and what a fab team you had working with you! It is so refreshing to see your energy and motivation, attention to detail was really good, and word of mouth should be excellent for subsequent events I’m sure. I know how time consuming it is for you to organise a 2 day event from scratch, so many congratulations on a job VERY well done!
The quality of the stalls was very good, it was very interesting to chat to the stall holders about their various stories.
